Refund policy

We are committed to providing a fair and transparent shopping experience for our customers both in Israel and worldwide.

Returns & Cancellations

·       Israel: You may cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

·       European Union: Customers in the EU are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return an order, for any reason.

·       Other countries: We generally offer a 14-day return period unless local laws provide additional protections.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mudununa@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

·       Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days (Israel) or within the legally required timeframe in your country, to your original payment method.

·       In Israel, by law, a cancellation fee may apply, not exceeding 5% of the purchase price or ₪100, whichever is lower.

·       Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or canceled:

·       Custom or personalized products

·       Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

·       Personal care or hygiene products that cannot be reused once opened

·       Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

·       Gift cards and discounted/sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it (following the above process) and place a new order for the replacement.
